The moment you sign up you get a guest link, a QR sign made in your wedding colors to print (or we mail you one) and your own local phone number. Text the link, put the sign by the bar. Your line opens the day you sign up, so guests who can’t make it can call in weeks before, and the stragglers can call after.
They scan, tap record and talk, right in their phone’s browser. Or they call your number and leave a message after the greeting. Every message shows up in your dashboard as it’s left. The line stays open until 14 days after your event, and you can change both dates.

How long is your special? It depends on how many messages your guests record. Each plan sets the most it can feature: up to 50 messages and about 15 minutes with Standard, up to 150 messages and about 30 minutes with Premium, and every message in up to about 60 minutes with the Collector’s and Broadcast Editions. Every message stays in The Full Collection, including any the special doesn’t feature.

Yes, as its own moment. We can’t copy the commercial recording into your file (it’s copyrighted), so the host dedicates a segment to it and your listening page pauses so you can play your own copy.
It depends on how many messages your guests record. Standard features up to 50 messages in a special of up to about 15 minutes. Premium features up to 150 messages in up to about 30 minutes. The Collector’s and Broadcast Editions feature every message in up to about 60 minutes. With a lot of messages, we choose the best moments and may use a short excerpt of a long one.
Nothing is ever left out of what you keep: every message, in full, stays in The Full Collection, whether or not the special features it.

They’re yours. Download everything in WAV and MP3 anytime. We keep your guestbook online until you delete it, or for at least 5 years. Nothing is deleted unless you ask, and anything removed stays recoverable for 90 days.

A friendly host picks up. It says it’s an AI, lets them know the call is recorded, asks their name and how they know you, then gives them the floor, with a gentle follow-up or two if they want one. Calls take two to four minutes, and each message lands in your Full Collection under the guest’s name. If the host line is busy, callers get a simple leave-a-message line instead.
